Would it be hard/dangerous to try to replace a clutch by yoruself on jackstands? Or should i juss go to a shop and get it professionally done? How much does it usually cost for labor to replace a clutch?

Rent a crane and attach it to the transmission.... then you can lower it without trouble.-=][ShAdoW][=- said:
The tranny really doesn't weigh that much. However, you could probably use a 2nd person to help you get it in...
If you put the car on jackstands (high ones), and have air tools... it's a pretty easy job.
