after the it *stops*, turn it another 3/4 of a turn. that should be good.

oh, and go get yourself a torque wrench, it's worth it.

Not sure but I just did my valve adjustment today and I torqued it to be safe.

 

did you do the valve adjustment yerself?
is it difficult?

THATPRELUDEGUY came over and he showed me how to do it. Not hard. Just a tiny bit time consuming.

You don't HAVE to get any special tools BUT having this tappet adjuster makes it a bit easier that's all.

It's actually not too bad. Getting someone who's done this before to do it with you the first time around is a good idea though.
