Broke Bolt in cylinder head

hey everyone i was looking over my motor today and noticed one of the bolts on the head is broke about halfway through the threads to show what bolt it is please view pic below

sorry pic isnt from my car one can be taken if needed doesnt seem to be leaking oil and still runs fine. i know it should be replaced but will this be fine if it goes alittle while till i take the valve cover off and can replace it?

i broke that one to. but i replaced it when i broke it. that piece seemed secure when it wasn't on though, and i think that plate above helps hold it on. just keep an eye on it until you replace it.

Ok thank you so much guys i really appreciate the quick response to. Thanks for the tip im going to try and take care of it this weekend. Can you believe the stealership wanted almost $3 for that bolt?

yea i have a craftsman and two harbor freight ones im not sure i trust there accuracy though. i borrowed my friends snap on while rebuilding the motor. i had took those two bolts out to remove that bracket to put a skunk2 vtec solenoid cover on and i was letting my friend tighten them back down and then i hear "hey man it just got really easy to turn" some friends just shouldnt mess with cars.
