I bought this 01 base model prelude a while ago, and was checking out the engine when I noticed there was these wires tucked not connected to anything. Does anyone know what they are for and if there needs to be something connected to it?

Those wires are for the shift solenoids (auto trans) someone must have done a 5sp swap.

I think you’re right. The guy I bought it from did mention the engine was swapped with a lower mileage one. Thanks!
