You managed to pick the worst two weeks to visit. Someone said there is a meet in Chesapeake but it looks lame so I wont be attending, besides that I dont have the time to look at a bunch of cars on hydros with bright pink paint jobs and pep boys tin can tips. Nothing but rice around here.

When i was there in feb of last year i went to Newport News to this hangout were we street raced, it was in some parking lot next to Patrick Henry Mall!!

VAbeach_lude - Sorry you don't want to go because we aren't bunch of ******** driving ricey imports with parts from Pepboys. I don't know what kind of mods you've done to your car but you seem to be better then anybody in Virginia. I'm not dissing your ride so don't take it personally. I'm just saying that there is an import scene in the Tidewater area but its unorganized and this meet is to see how many people are interested to be part of it. Granted it ain't Nopi or something big it is a good start. If you think you can organize something not as lame why not organize one. Also you may have invested thousands or more in your car and there are other people out there that are starting out so don't feel like your better because everybody started from stock.

Bright pink paint jobs with pep boys tin can tips is ricey and just plain ugly. However if you think Apexi Dunk catback exhaust with DC Sports stainless headers is ricey I want to ask what you have on your car? I have to agree with you that there is lots of domestics or people that have imports but don't know a thing about aftermarket so they add pep boys parts. So far we have a decent group of cars that aren't ricey and we know what we are doing. I'm from Southern California the heaven of imports and aftermarket so I know whats ricey and whats not. Besides we don't act like we are the best just because we have more mods then another person. We just like to have fun, talk about cars, and meet cool people. You said nothing is happening here but there is something happening and granted it ain't Nopi or Hot Import Nights it is still something. Remember I have nothing personal against you or your ride. If that is your Prelude I can say it looks really good and its clean.

Nothing personal I just cruise by all of the cars in Chesapeake on my way to work and I guess you can say I am tired of seeing instant rice revving at me all day long.

I wasn't trying to disrespect you, your friends, or your meet your having I was actually disrespecting all the kooks in the area that rev at me with their ugly cars. Infact, I think the accords on your web site are great looking but I was assuming there would be more rice there (because they heard the message of you all having the meet) that are basicly unexperienced and just want to spend money on whatever cheap ass parts they can find. So the message was in no way directed at you or your cause it was directed at the rice in the area. I know you can agree with me there and I know you get revved at all day long so dont even try to play that off.

I also can't organize a meet because I don't have the interest or patience or creativity so you got me there man. Neither you or I were born yesterday and based on your car(s) in your crew; you all know what your doing - so dont take it to heart. But just keep this thread in mind when your sitting in a parking lot and some piece of **** rolls up and burns out and talks smack. It happens every time there is high quality cars just hanging out.

Yea I know what you mean. I hate people that rev their Pacesetter/Pep boy tips that make noise thinking their all cool because they can make noise. Sometimes I just give them a taste of my Apexi Dunk and I look in my rear view mirror and see their face in disbelief. But of course a Lude will spank me in a heartbeat hehe
