Andy - who the hell told you THIS...!? Geez, whoever it was apparently doesn't know anything about the dynamics of a car.<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by Snoopy_cool:

yeah i only do it when i am on a surface that isn't dry pavement. there are a lot of dirt roads where i live and i go out there all the time and drift around every turn. it is a lot of fun, but you should definately practice in a big open area first so you know how your car reacts at different speeds and how long you should have the e-brake on for, etc.

LOL.. good idea! how come i have the feeling you're way too familiar w/ this?<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by DYI01:
get some trays, courtesy of you local BK or McD's. drive to a large empty parking lot. put you back tires over the the trays, pull your e-brake. And gas it. Its a lot safer, and it doesnt fvck upo ur tires. but after about 1-2 mins they get hot and start to melt, so dont do it too much. Have fun![]()
