Uneven suspension height, GC + Koni

Hi guys,

I've been having an issue with my front drivers side suspension, I can't seem to lower it very far compared to the opposite side.

Here are some pictures:

In these pictures they are both set to the bottom perch and set to the lowest on the gc sleeve. The height adjustment does work for the driver side (goes up and down) but it's about 2-3cm higher than the passenger side when both the driver and passenger side are at the same height setting.

I first thought the pu bushing might not but aligned into the top hat properly.. this was not the case unfortunately. So I though maybe I had somehow used a rear spring by mistake -- not the case either. I then decided to swap the right side suspension (koni/gc/top hat assembly) into the left and vice versa, this did not change anything which leads me to think that the koni/gc have nothing to do with the issue.
To check if there was something holding back the linkage from going lower I removed the spring and let the jack down slowly, there were no issues, the car went much lower than it could go with the spring. Next was the sway bar, I detached one side and it seemed to help a bit but I don't think that's the issue.
All this leads me to think the left side is much lighter than the right (transmission) and I've read this in other threads but is the car really that off balance that the right side can be slammed and at the same time the left has a decent gap?? *In the front I have 500lbs springs.

Do you guys have any thoughts on this issue or know of any other ways I can test to see what the issue really is?

P.S: I don't think my car has been in an accident but anything is possible.

I guess it's also worth mentioning that when installing the shocks it is much easier on the driver side, on the passenger side I really have to push the hub down and make sure the shock is fully compressed to get it out of the fork.

hey i have also had this same problem!! i am lowered on konis and GC as well..

i noticed that my right side doesnt go as low as the left. Even though i used to have it on max settings before and both sides looked fine..

i was thinking on my setup it could be that i put the rubber GC top hat thing inside of our tophats that had the rubber inside it already..

but im not too positive.

also one day while i was driving my spring just like went PONK and looked like it went into place and lowered a little bit more.

are your gc sleeves able to rotate in a circle? all mine are stuck accept the one side that doesnt go as low..

What is your rear springs at?

so i was thinking it could also be that on my setup..
