I know some people had some issues with the Type-S Cams on the usdm h22s and some didn't, yet anyways, but I was wondering would I have any problems with the type-S Cams in the JDM h22a? Or would I definitely have to replace the springs and retainers?

good q, i'm interested in type s cams and pistons for my usdm h22a

anyone have those parts and was there significant improvement? 20 horses at least??

You would get about 20whp cause those and the intake are the only difference between the type s and the usdm other than cosmetic stuff.

You WILL NOT get 20whp from putting in Type-S cams and pistons.

Be happy with 5-10whp. :D

The Type-S has more parts different than just the intake and cams/pistons that make hp.

this is bs. the freakin rsx's get 20 whp with just a freaking intake or or header.

i can ***** if i wanna *****! Plus i bought the lude for show anyways..rsx's look like 4 wheelin go karts unless they are modded. we have more displacement but it does barely anything to mod...ok im done ranting:)
