Transmission Problem, A/C Help, Front Speakers not working

Hey guys! I recently purchased a 1997 Honda Prelude VTi-R and love it a lot. But the transmission is slipping. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice to as if its serious or if I need to change the transmission fluid. Also when I bought it the A/C was disconnect and was wondering if there could be a reason for that? Lastly the front 2 speakers do not play any sound, however the 2 little tweeters do (But too quietly), I was just wondering if it could be the amp or a bad connection and if it is the amp how can I fix it?
