overheard at a Honda, or any, service department...


1.They all do that.
2.We're out of loaners.
3.You'll have to pre-pay, we don't stock that item.
4.The Parts dept. is out to lunch.
5.We don't have just the peice you need, you'll have to buy the whole unit.
6.The service manager is out on a road test.
7.That INCLUDES labor.
8.There is bad coffee and stale donuts for you right over there.
9.Is your car lowered?
10.Can you leave it overnight?

I work at a mercedes service departpment, in alternate transportation. All pretty much true.

Yes! They're the ones that put dino oil in my car when I asked for synthetic!

Sounds like Cardinal Honda too. Bunch of losers there too. Ordered the wrong part for my car twice. Dumbasses.

Yeah, I don't particularly care for their service manager. He's only interested in shoving people out the door.

Not to worry though. I stopped going there after they scratched up my car the last time I was there.

Cardinal Honda, yeah, there's another one for you. When I was shopping for a car the salesman I was dealing with tried to shove a car down my throat cause he wanted to sell me this lude so bad. His attitude and demeanor lost the sale and I ended up at Westbrook.

People work at your Honda dealer? I have actually gone in to a parts dept. at my local Hall Honda dealer and I stood there forever yelling and yelling and no one came to help me. This was after I waited for like 5 minutes patiently. **** HONDA!
