Hows the ride w/ur setup compared to stock?Originally posted by k.alexander:
Hey Chris, finally got your suspension, huh.
I think from what I've heard, you might want to try the lowest perch setting up front, and the middle in the rears. For some reason, the SH sits uneven after you drop it, then again, you have the GC, so you could just adjust it that way.
Some people have said that ridding on the lowest perch is a)not suggested by Koni--like they wont warranty it or something, and b) could cause you to quickly blow your shocks, don't know how true this is.
Good luck on the install, and hopefully I'll see you at the next autox, I won't make the one this weekend.

That is what mine say too.Originally posted by jacques:
Mine for the front says "8041-1232-SPORT (2) PRELUDE 97-00 (excl. SH)"...is that correct? For the rears "PRELUDE 92-97 8041-1155-SPORT"...is that right too?
I have to say that when I first got it, I was surprised at how much stiffer the car was, but after a few I either got used to it or maybe the alignment helped.Originally posted by Scriber:

I don't know...I won't be able to install it (with the help of whitehondalude) until MondayOriginally posted by rf7475:

Btw I have a 2000 prelude SH.
Do your GC sleeves fit tight on the Koni's? In other words, do the sleeves sit on the c clip on the Koni's or do you have to use the spring perch?

The part numbers you listed are for the base model. Koni doesn't make any shocks for the SH. The stock SH springs are longer and smaller in diameter (1" longer in front, but same length in the rear) and don't fit too well on the Koni spring perches. However, if you're swapping out the springs, then you can go ahead and use the Koni's on your SH.Originally posted by jacques:

ok, so basically as long as the springs and shocks are swapped out at the same time, then it would make no difference.... right?Originally posted by Pork Chop:

Yes. It should work fine.Originally posted by imagepree:

Can you just take the sleeve for the GC and slide it on the Koni for me? Does the sleeve sit on the c-clip?quote:

They are Eibach ERS springs integrated with the GC coilover sleeves.Originally posted by Pork Chop:
BTW, what springs are you going to use?
