Im currently building up my 92 Accord Ex Coupe for AutoCrossing. I have been removing any and all accesories that will not add speed or handling.
Im planning to compete using 15Inch Cp035 on some Khumo R Rated Tires.

Would it be a good or bad idea to remove the power steering?? Or would it be a better idea to just add a pulley??

so pretty much you have race tires, thats the only mod that takes you out of STS and puts you into STR.

I am so sad no autox for me until may 19th then an other one on the 20th I am so excited.

I think your car is a little too heavy for no powersteering. Try taking your belt off and driving around a parking lot. Maybe for a track you could get awat with it, but not in a parking lot.

no way, don't remove power steering. in autocrossing, winning isn't as dependent on a cars power as much as it is on the cars handling and the drivers ability to control the car. you might get 2-3 hp out of removing power steering but you're going to lose a lot of control. it wont be worth it.
