I would still recommend investing in a helms manual though. It will give you torque specs for everything. You can pick up a used one here on the forums for about $50 if you keep an eye on the for sale section. Good luck with it though, it's not really a "drop-in" procedure.
EDIT: Sorry I just realized this was for a 4th gen prelude. Those instructions are likely still reasonably accurate if you have a H22 though...
