can anyone recommend a muffler for 5g lude?
something deep & noticably louder than stock.
I got a quote on a ractive (TRM style) for $350 installed, but I don't know anything about it.

I want to use a Borla XR1 race muffler for my 5Gen (track car), but it's more of a resonator than a muffler. It's made for racing so it doesn't muffle too much, but it's 100% 304 stainless.

hehe im pretty sure it is a mugen. with a jdm wing maybe?

the only universal muffler ive experienced with is Magnaflow. their exahusts are awesome and im very serious! i mean for like 200 bucks i got this first exhaust and honestly i would have to say it sounds the best, even better than my current TRM. its very very low and grrrrrr

like a tiger about to strike. gains were good too! i suggest u look into Magnaflow, my local dealer carries them too so i dont think its hard to find. dunno if they have the TRM style though
