I was replacing inner/outer tie rods today on my 97 SH. Everything came off easily then I noticed that on both ends of the rack there was an o-ring or seal that was completely falling apart. Can someone tell me the part number for this? I'm not sure by looking at the parts diagrams and helms which part it is, or how hard it will be to replace. I was hoping to not have to remove the rack... You can see the greenish remnants of it still on the rack in the attached photo and the pieces on the ground in the other photo.

Would it be included in one of these?

Resurrecting this thread.

I am currently ready to put my car back together and currently dealing with the same issue. I don't expect OP to be around these forums still but if you are please let me know what you did to over come your issue I'm now experiencing. I'm almost the the point of gluing an o-ring in to prevent any leaks.
