You will be fine with 300f and 250r. What kind of dampers are you going to use? DO NOT USE STOCK DAMPERS.

Billy, is that what most people get? Mine are 450 f, 380 r.

Mine are 400f and 300r.

I am still in the process of trying to get the things straightened out.

I have no idea of what people normally get.

I am running 650 front and 450 rear, soon to be 700 front and 550 rear.

A friend runs 450 front and 375 rear, and another 450 front and rear.

It's rf745s Konis, if I remember right. The GCs go right through them...they don't clip.

The place I ordered them from sent me the GC's for the normal shocks and not the Koni's.

I am the one that e-mailed you with the questions yesterday.

Okay, sorry didn't recognize the name. Yeah, get the right GCs, and you will be good to go.

It's all good.
Ground Control is taking care of the matter for me. They are going to replace the GC's with the correct ones. Then I can finally lower my car.

I'm running on 671F, 447R on TEIN HAs and the ride isn't that bad. Ask p00p, he rode in my car before and he found that even with a 3" drop (now it's more like a 2.5" drop) the ride was still good. Anyway, I'll soon be running on 671F, 559R.

GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY! isn't that kinda stiff? but then again you did say you were turning your Lude into a race car didn't you?

I just got back from picking up my GC and the rates i got were 380f 250r. and also about the Koni problem the threaded collar is supposed to have a groove on the inside to accept konis snap ring. and the GC's for Koni need an adapter as well. all that is needed to be replaced was the front collar adapters and you also need four koni adapters (for each shock)

Not only are the springs stiff, but the dampers are VERY stiff. The car beats you up really bad with 650s and 450s. It's not something you want to drive everyday.

However, the car handles like it's on rails. Autocrosses are tons of fun!!

Yes, my Prelude is now a race car as I have a daily driver, a 90 Integra!
