I needed some carbs before I worked out today so I went to the store and bought an aloe yougurt. Ate it right before I got to the gym and when I was doing my weight sets, I kept tasting it come back up in my mouth.

Lovely.

Note to self: Don't eat yougurt right before lifting.

The end.

The aloe yogurt they have here is actually somewhat high in carbs and low in sugar and supposedly good for your skin. It's good as a snack.

I haven't had cereal in over four months. :( Not that I really ate cereal anyway but I miss it now that I don't have it as a readily available option.

dairy takes awhile to digest. no blood flow to muscles. i've thrown up because i drank a shake with milk before a workout.

I <8 calcium though... milk may restrict the blood flow, but keeps other paths flowing.
