Falken Azenis Sports are VERY close behind for half the price...

Wet/Dry
Bridgestone S-03's are the cream of the crop

Nah, for "the best" you have to go R-compound.

Yokohama A032R, Toyo RA-1, Kumho V700, Hoosiers, etc.

They're technically DOT legal, just don't expect any semblance of comfort, quiet, wet traction, or longevity.

I agree. If this question was asking in the Autocross Forum I would have responded with Hoosiers, but since it was asked in this forum I assumed that they were referring "streetable" tires. :D
