Somebady jacked my passenger sideview mirror last night.
Do I need to buy the side mirror that is only for "prelude 97-02"?
Can I use from any other model of honda? If I can, what model and what year?
I got it already but not from the Prelude.
It is from Integra. The one from Prelude is hard to find and expensive.
Integra mirror is similar and it is the same size but only the housing mirror part not the whole thing.
The side mirror is 2 major parts joint together with 3 bolts under the mirror housing.
The triangle part that attach to the car from Integra is not fit but the housing mirror part is almost fit because the housing base of integra is a little bigger than prelude. So I swap only that part and connect the wire together and use long bolts to joint it together.
Total loss is about $26mirror+$13 shipping + $35 painting.
Just finished replacing oil pressure sensor, had to remove complete intake manifold to get down in there best way from my point of view. Just be ready time wise in case intake gaskets rip apart. All in all a good 5 hour job, best of all and well worth it no more ATTS light 🤩
There is a small diameter rubber hose below my air cleaner assy. Above the lower radiator hose. I cannot determine where it should go. And I cannot see where it disappears above the right front wheel. See photos. Tiny hose with white stripe.
Are there any other major diffrences between the american Prelude SH and the Japanese Prelude Type S besides the +20hp (220HP)? And just so im clear, the number on the block for JDM is h22a andthe USDM is h22a1 correct?
Since years im only following the topics here, but this time I will need some help from everybody.
Today I get steering wheel from Civic 9-th gen and im thinking to install it in my 5 gen, instead of the famous EP3 steering wheel swap.
