Hi,is it normal for a 3rd gen to rev so high,when i am in fifth gear and doing 120 km.,say 80 mph , my engine revs 4000 ,is this normal? and my fuel consumption is also way up there,is there a rev. limiter wich could be broken or something that is related to this,anybody?

That's pretty much normal. as far as I'm concerned. Its about 3k at 65.

My mileage ranges from 23 to 32.

How bad is your mileage? Or do you have a lead foot. I know I do at times.

I shift at 3.0-3.5 most of the time (lead foot). But at 65 MPH, my RPMs are about 3200.
