I know this may have been asked before but I am asking it again. Do any of you luders have one and does it function correctly with the immobilizer? I ask cause I want one and the alarm I am getting soon will have that add on ability.

Yeah, I got one. I had a buddy of mine install it cuz I couldn't find a shop that would put one in a 5spd. To be honest, I wouldn't trust any other shop w/ my car anyway. I install cell phones in cars, & I've seen some pretty hacked wiring jobs. So far, I haven't had any probs w/ it. I love it.

It's not worth it unless you know someone who will do it. My car went to 4 shops and over one week of total work. They could not get the starter to work. Stupid sh**s. Waste of time for me.

They f***ed up a clean alarm install too.

ps , the key is getting a GOOD installer.

Yes...the installer is key!!! Maker sure they do quality work. Don't just go walkin into Circut City or Best Buy and let sum kid hack your car. Go to a reputable place.
