Way out here in the boonies where I go to college I guess people don't really know what a speed shop is...hehe. Well, there isn't one.
Do I have to drag my ass back home (Boston) to get my Goodridge SS lines installed and my fluid flushed? Or is it okay to use a place like Midas to do the job? It's a performance part, but I don't think it's that hard to mess up is it?

Any decent mechanic should be able to install them. Do you have a mechanic that works on your car??
Fits the same way as the standard part so I can't see a problem for a mechanic to fit them.

Yup, I got them last week I think, Joon. Very fast shipping. Here's a pic of the lines. There's also a little bag of fittings that's not in the pic. They're much smaller than I expected...I've never seen brake lines before. They're only about a foot and a half long.
nmehta211- Where's the mechanic located? Do you have a phone number for them?

mechanic is in windsor ct, about ten miles north of hartford. my friend has his modified 3rd generation rx-7 serviced there, including a new ACT clutch, and i am going to have them replace my 02 sensor soon. The name is Day Hill Automotive, and the guy's name is Paul. Number is (860)688-1301. Funny thing is that if u say he will have a silver prelude, he will think it is my car. Let me know how it goes.
