Just out of curiosity... shouldn't the car idle fine even without the jrsc electronics on the car while the blower is on. I mean... my installer couldn't get it to idle (I have an incompetent installer... ) I got it started and my idiot installer revved it and I heard... like rocks throwing against the engine. I guess that's how detonation sounds like... so I had him pull off the blower belt. I don't know if the hoses are in the wrong places or whatnot... just know I have an AEM CAI and don't know where all the hoses go now. Anyone have a CAI with the jrsc and wanna give me a pic of what it looks like? I'm talking about all the hoses in that area too. *sigh*... I wish I had taken it down to Milwaukee now for the install.

Oh yeah, when installing the Hondata IM gasket... the bolts stick out rather far now don't they?

i would think the bolts would stick out less cuz the gasket is thicker
um as for the hoses.....
u shoulda got a better installer....
make sure u put in the high pressure fuel pump tooo

You must have the JR "ems" installed for it to idle correctly. With the JR fuel pump installed, the fuel pressure at idle is way too high. The "ems" is designed to cut the MAP sensor signal down at idle, which cuts down the injector duty cycle, allowing it to idle on the higher pressure.

Yes, the JR "ems"/black box comes with the H22 kit.
