The inside tread of my front tires are cupping,every other lug is high,low,high,low.What causes this and how can I solve this?

Balance or air pressure. Also, sounds like you have a little negative camber.

I would have to agree with negative camber. Maybe also a problem with the balance on top of that.

actually i think its your caster or toe adjustment. go get an alignment.

Well now-I would think you have a serious toe-in problem if not camber. The only reason for a camber problem w/5th gen is if you lowered the car. Tire wear is also caused by incorrect pressure (someone else said that). I have not seen where balance would be a direct cause. Alignment is indeed something to do.

Did you guys miss the fact that he said there is cupping? That indicates a balance or wheel bearing problem. I doubt it is the wheel bearing, so I would bet it's a balance problem.
