no kidding. after JR released them, quite a few boys in here were boasting that they bought them already and theyre "being installed".

but that was like... 2-3 weeks ago right?

Mine should be going into the shop this monday for the install, god willing.

Correction: It is going to the shop on Monday.

Even worse, the shop won't let me watch them while they work on the car, so you guys wont get any pictures of the progress of the installation...just before/after.

It's understandable, but it still sucks.

How well do you know the shop?

Installing an SC is something that needs to be done correctly. With basic things like springs, I could see why people don't want you to see how easy it is to install. If you did, you could easily go and make money of garage installs.

For me, if I was installing an SC, I'd go to a shop that wouldn't mind me coming by to see how it's going. Of course I'd rather take it to a shop that would show me a couple pointers.

Just food for thought when you drop your car off. Good luck with the SC

It's very very strange how there's been no word whatsoever after a reported 40+ kits sold in the first week or so.

That's 'cuz they've all blown up and owners are too embarrassed to 'fess up
Either that, or they're in litigation with JR and are keeping quiet

sweet times.
2.2 isn't bad at all for a 60foot time.

at best i'd say about 2.1?? on street tires. so you should be at about 13.6-13.7
