I just bought a prelude type sh that was in crank no spark condition. The crank shaft sensor and everything after the coil was replaced. I tested the connection to the coil and the negative lead or the green wire on the connector to the coil does not provide power even after in acc position or while it’s cranked. The yellow black wire has a steady current but does not flicker when cranked. And the yellow power does not have any power either. Can anyone help out please we’re trying to move out and I need this running ASAP. I’d really appreciate y’all.

Check the clutch rubber bumper looks like this. If it is missing or broken the clutch sensor will not send a spark to your ignition coil. I've had this issue before and it is a simple $5-$10 fix.
