i don't have the sticker under my hood, had to replace the hood ;p hehe

so now i need the adjustment factory clearance numbers..

please

I think it's like this
intake: 0.006 - 0.007
exhaust: 0.007 - 0.008
I'm almost POSITIVE this is what it was. THATPRELUDEGUY that sounds right right?

i thought the intake was lower than that..
more like .004-.005

please check i need the real exact numbers

Joon's right. You run those .004/.005 and you'll throw a CE code. I do mine .001 tighter-than-stock to keep the chatter down. go .002 and you might toss a code.

I am 100% positive that the .004 and .005 feeler gauges weren't even taken out when we did my car last weekend.

not that i dont believe u Joon ( in fact i'm pretty sure that what u stated are the correct numbers if u say they are but stilll...)

If you "wanna be sure" and don't trust people here (esp. Joon or myself) then take your ass to the dealer and buy the label for the hood, or the factory service manual.

Yup that was it, man I did my first one on faith from Sun. I had the Helm but just asked about the making them tighter and he gave me the specs and that's what I tried.

I say we should get Helm to put serial #'s on the books and and new members would need to own a manual before they coudl post to the list
