I have had my 2001 Type SH Prelude for a few years now and it has pretty much always had this issue where after the car is run for a little while and the engine heats up, if the car is turned off and you turn it back over, then the 3rd or 4th cylinders will misfire. The only way this goes away is by letting the engine cool down, usually 10-15 minute with the hood open cools it down enough for it to turn over on all 4 cylinders. I haven't been able to fix this. I have replaced the spark plugs, the distributer cap, spark plug wires, and fuel injectors. I assume it would have to be something with the computer and electrical system, but have no idea how to pin point exactly what needs to be fixed. Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or experience?

Yeah check your ignition control module (ICM) my brother had the same problem. It got to the point that eventually his car would turn off in the middle of his drive to the point where he couldn't turn it on anymore.
