Few months ago my exaust cam gear came loose. I put it back in with threadlock on the bolt and fixed it. Now, It happened again, but this time I tightened it back up (without threadlock) and it didn't fix it.. Haven't taken the VC back off yet because it was running fine before I put it back on, then started again after it was back on, (but it was getting cold and dark), so I'm leaving it until the morning. Let me get some feedback- what could be causing it to still be making sounds. It's not as loud as it was, but it sounds like something is slapping inside my timing belt cover. Why would it be slipping anyway (It only happens after I run it hard). Possible tensioner problems? Posted on PP.com as well so I can get many opinions. Thanks!
