Looking for Honda JDM Engine Swap Shop nearby Herndon VA 20170

Hi all,

I checked out a 2000 Honda prelude for sale where jdm F20B engine was swapped but I was told by the dealer that the owner was his friend and swapped the stock engine to F20B, it needs ECU put it but I also noticed one of the harnesses not hooked up and headlight bulbs missing. I would like to find out a shop that is good in jdm engine swapping and electrical work as I don't want to see bunch of error codes.

Please help.
