so ya i was wondering if you guys can suggest a weight training program for me. i am taking a weight training class in school, but th eteacher doesnt care what we do, but i wanna work on a regiment. i go twice a day, and i would love to work out my upper body and get rid of my tummy. basicly, i wanta swimmer workout so that i can paddle harder and stronger when i surf. anyone got something to help me out. i would prob work on cardio on the days i am not lifting, or someone give me some ideas. :bigthumb: :laugh:
