You can get them seperate. But Honda's mighty proud of them- List is $420, internet-discounted price is $380. That's PER not for a set of 4.

You can usually find them for between $400 and $600 used, with tires in varying condition. I've got a set of base wheels (which are about $40 cheaper, per) that I used for racing that I'm hocking for under $400 with bad rubber. Keep hunting, you can find them.

they're a bit cheaper at capital wheels.... $225/ea, item COW-63766.

i sold my used SH rims (which had some scratches on the lip of 2 rims) with tires (15k miles) for $400. i've seen them go for a lot more, but i figured with a few scratches that was a good price.
