I'm kinda torn between getting the SSR competitions, or waiting till the Volk LE37 series comes out in late summer. The rims will be on my crystal blue lude with a carbon fiber hood...and i think gunmetal-like or silver rims would be nice. Should i wait for the LE37s?? Decisions decisons.....

i think the SSRs look better... and the SSR integrals better still

however, the competitions are also lighter (although both are really light) and cheaper at $379/ea from tirerack.

after I saw this car in person, i was hooked on z5000's, only to find out that they were a custom color...so I'm not sure how the factory colors would look...

I'm basically down to either gunmetal K1's or 5zigen Copse in black or bronze

I saw the SSR Competitions this weekend in person. They look nice. I'd still worry about the 8" wheel though if you're lowered. I know they say it'd fit, but who knows for sure.

yeah, i was worried about the 8" width too. I'm pretty low right now so i'm pretty sure i'll have some rubbing problems. I wonder why tirerack recommends the 8" when on ssr's website they have a 7.5" with +48 offset and 5x114.3 bolt pattern....

Verdict has 6 spokes... which is the knock-off of Zeit.

RH evo Z5000 has 5 spokes.

A friend recently told me, his friends superleggra wheels suffered a crack after going through a pothole...They must be pretty weak...Well, gotta hear more stories until I can really confirm it. Anyways..The wheel still looks pretty sweet..hhe
