It is hard to tell if it is the H22A Euro engine or from 92-96 Preludes. The numbers 100678, should be the production number, which you are missing one 0. According to this wikipage: Honda H Engine - Wikipedia

Look at the cylinder head and see if you can tell some dates on it, in the intake manifold side there should be a P13 inscription or PDE. If you have PDE then you have the Euro engine, check this post on Honda-tech forum.
