you do not need a comp license they just want to know if you have one or not

also it is $155 per day so if you want to do both days it will be $310

imagepree- if you cant find your stock look into maybe getting a set of slotted rotors

Why no cross-drilled rotors?!?</font>
This was answered on a previous thread...
anyway, the reason is because the officials at Pocono believe (and I am not diagreeing with them) that cross drilled rotors are more prone to cracking and as a result fail more often than tradional non-drilled rotors. Slotted rotors are allowed though it seems. Correct me if I'm wrong, G5luder.

slotted rotors are allowed

the reason cross drilled is not allowed is cause they are prone to cracking. also they are a dated form of technology. they provide to proven benafit with moderen breakpads. if anything they cause a sort of swiss cheese like effect on the pads. by this i mean they cut groove marks into the pads effectvly making the pads wear unevenly.

slotted rotors are allowed because they help in allowing spent gases to leave the break area and help aginst the break pads from being glazed over because the slots in the rotors help to resurface the pad in a way.

I'm leaving Friday sometime and just racing on Sat. (the 12th). I asked G5Luder and he said most people are doing just the 12th, although there will be someone to run things for us (H-A) on Sunday.

I don't think NJ is on the way according to my directions, so we'll probably meet up Sat. morning at the track for an early morning photo session. I'm bringing my digital camera and a video camera (on my new mount!).
