for those with konis and eibach prokits....

I got mine installed and right now its on softest setting because of the stupid potholes and bumps in my neighborhood streets. I was just wondering that is it normal that whenever I go over bump or hole it sounds different than before? the sound is like a cracking sound kind of, its different than stock shocks. Also, is it bad for the shocks and springs that I continually drive over these potholes and bumps over the ground? thanks
