What a long break in period wait!!

Well...I did cheat a little.

Anyway...while W.O.T. I noticed that its now much easier to control the launch with this lighweight flywheel, and while torque feels lower... and it doesn't spin as much. It does appear that the speedo is moving through the m.p.h. quicker. Also feels like its hustling a bit quicker.

Can't wait to track test it!!

Also noted is the effortless acceleration once rolling when hitting the throttle. No waiting to overcome flywheel weight I guess.

What kind of flywheel and clutch are you using? I went with an Exedy clutch and Fidanza flywheel. I like them both very much.

Clutch Masters stage 3 and Clutch Masters 10 lb. flywheel.

Cool. I have heard that they have some new friction material on their clutches that is supposed to increase holding power quite a bit.

Is the flywheel aluminum? Does CM make it or do they source it from somewhere else?

Can't wait to see the numbers you will be pulling with the combo. Keep us posted.
Its Aluminum...but I don't know if they make it or if another company is producing them for CM....but it does say Clutch Masters on it and it is 10 lbs.

Cool. Reason why I ask is that the Fidanza is 8.2 lbs. Just a hair lighter.

Let us know if it improves your times. By the way is that ET on the bottle?
