Does the H on our hoods stand for Honda or Honduh??

Well, I don't know about you guys but I am starting to wonder if Honda used Hyundai as a supplier or something. My vent slider got stuck in the hot range and wouldn't go over to the cold range. I tried everything then turned on the recycled air button and it worked, still a bit stiff but worked the slider over good after that. Add another one to the ever growing list of faults and failures of our Ludes.

No it's not.......there was another member who had this happen to his car as well. If it's stuck some cable behind the dash or in the engine bay is getting caught.
It happens guys, maybe i got a friday car hahaha

it got unstuck, and worked all right for a while, and now it's stuck again.

i just use my windows now.
maybe her drives his lude as a daily driver unlike half of the people on this site!
Those climate sliders are a joke. I hate them.
IT'S NOT THAT UNCOMMON

sorry to vent, but you're not alone on that one.

same thing has happened to mine. twice. first time i somehow got is free (barely) it was like a workout to get it to move still. now again it totally stuck near full hot. i've tired everything to get it to move and no luck.

it going in tomorrow morning and they are taking apart the entire dash in order to try n fix it.

so yeah, for a honda...this car is totally unacceptable.

Anyone have problems pushing the slider all the way to the cold position? It goes and when you let go it pushes back a little. It happened in my friends Civic and GSR as well.

Add me to the list. Mine's a little rough, too. I'm sure that someday I'll have to take the thing apart and lube it somehow.
