I found some nice Vision brackets that say that they fit the 4th gen Prelude, and I wanted to see if they will fit in my 5th gen. Anyone know?

I'm not 100% sure, but call it 98% sure that they are bolt-right-up interchangeable. I was looking into buying a set of 93 Prelude seats a few months ago, but the deal fell through...

NO 4gen seats wont fit a 5gen. i just bought a sparco seat and they sent me a 4gen seat bracket and it did no fit so i had to send it back so i could get a 5gen one.
