I have a 96 honda prelude VTEC. I left the dome light on and the battery went dead. The problem is the key fob won't unlock the doors and the actual key won't either. All the locks including the trunk will NOT turn with the key. Batteries in the fob are good and the key has always worked. I'm locked out even with my key. Anybody know what to do? Please help.

Buy one of those kits on Amazon that helps you open the door that tow truck driver's carry (https://www.amazon.com/Essentials-Grabber-Marring-Professional-Door-Window/dp/B07YSTHB86/ref=asc_df_B07YSTHB86/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=385548226473&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6632801285335319473&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031726&hvtargid=aud-801381245258:pla-840943518613&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=80170967218&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=385548226473&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6632801285335319473&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031726&hvtargid=aud-801381245258:pla-840943518613)

Pop open your hood and recharge the battery to open the doors with your alarm FOB. Sounds like the key cylinders on the doors are not the original keys because the doors where swapped at one point. Or they changed the cylinder in the ignition switch as these deteriorate over time.
