cam durations

Does anyone know the duration of lift (degrees) for the intake and exhaust cams on an H22a1?

edit -- I do have my Helms right here. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone happen to know off hand?

I was just looking at this in the Helms a couple days ago, I remember in the section "inspecting cams" it has tables that give the measurement from one side of the cam to the point on the lobe on the other side. I don't think that's actually the same measurement as would be for lift (if you mean how far the lobe moves the valve).
Ok.. I got back to reading in here (Helms), reading that little low/high speed valve timing chart (for anyone w/ their helms it's on page 5-10)... so I'm kinda thinking out loud here.

lobe A = primary
lobe B = mid (vtec lobe)
lobe C = secondary

Low speed valve timing:

Intake:

A = 185
C = 180

Exhaust:

A = 190
C = 185

There's a 45 overlap btwn A INclose and A EXopen, and a 40 overlap btwn C INclose and C EXopen.

High speed valve timing:

Intake:

B = 235

Exhaust:

B = 235

There's a 80 overlap btwn B INclose and B EXopen, and a 30 overlap btwn B EXclose and B INopen.

I think in typing this, I answered my own question.. but for anyone else who wants the info, there it is for you.
