I do believe you're missing a fuel pressure regulator. I also heard someone say that A/C goes out when you get the Kiwi race manifold... dunno about the street one. There are cheaper manifolds, but I don't think there are better ones.

What do you need cam gears with a turbo for?

thats an expensive shopping list!

to get the right A/F ratio i wanted to run bigger injectors and figure out how to control fuel flow at lower RPM. does anyone have any suggestions? ACCEL DFI?

and i also wanted to know if the KIWI comes with a TIAL WG? and are there any other manifold/downpipes that anyone can recommend?(for less money)

and does that seem like a properly sized IC?

some stuff i left out cause i'm still undecided on what brand. but if you or anyone have any suggestions i'm all ears (or eyes)

and i though that i needed cam gears to retard the timing but i just remembered, isn't that controlled electronically?

and i've heard that you lose AC with the KIWI but the source wan't sure if it was street or race or both. i am open to other options though.

pic of the KIWI

I BELIEVE that Kiwi just released a street version that also allows you to keep your AC. Just e-mail Jeff at Atomic and he'll be happy to answer your question.

i'm not sure if im gonna get the KIWI to begin with. maybe get something for cheaper temporarily. then eventually upgrade to the KIWI.

does anyone have anything else to add? i went through all the Prelude Topics last night (60+ pages) and found some other peoples price list but all my stuff comes out to a total of 4000! and thats not even everything that would be needed for a Turboed car.

That's too expensive for the tial. You can find one for around $230 if you shop around.

Also, I thought the Kiwi shipped with a tial... maybe I'm wrong.

The safeguard is cheaper at www.godspeed-motorsports.com . I'd get v2 with a turbo.

baked i think you are right about the KIWI coming with a TIAL. i don't know what the TIAL looks like but isn't that a WG attached to the manifold in the pic above?
i'm gonna start calling a bunch of places on monday and get some price quotes.

Yea, that looks like a 40mm tial I believe. I've always heard it comes with one, but I've only emailed Atomic before, never called. Last time I emailed, they quoted me $1200, but now I'm hearing race and street versions, so I don't know what the hell that was for. It all just makes my head hurt... that's why I can't stay interested for long.

i think the difference between the Race and Street manifolds is that one is for race use and one is for street use

but besides that i've heard that you keep AC with street and lose AC with race. but as for design differences i dont know.
