I am between buying the Tanabe G-Power or the Apexi WS. Could anyone help me decide? I'm looking for a quiet exhaust while driving in low-mid rpms, but something that gives a good sound in high rpms. If anyone could give me the pros and cons of both, I would appreciate it, thanks.

I have a WS and I wish I got the G-power. I got the WS because I'm about to graduate from college and start work and I didn't want a loud exhaust but still wanted some low grumble. Well, to me at least, buyingthe WS is paying $400 for a stock exhaust with a 4in tip. If I were you, I'd get the g-power. The ws does get a little louder in the high rpms but it doesn't growl, if you know what I mean. If you still decide to get the ws, let me know if you want mine

I don't have a WS, but the RS (previous version same exhaust) and it really doesn't have much of a sound. It is a mellow deep sound, you can hardly hear it. If you want something that you can clearly notice the G-Power I'm sure is better for this. I really want to hear the G-Power, I hear it sounds good.

The thing great about the WS is you can get it WAY cheaper than the G-Power. You can get the WS shipped to your door for under $400. Tanabe exhausts are very expensive.

get tanabe. look in your local classifieds for a used one maybe.

that's what i did, and i was lucky enough to find one for $250 in the papers, and then i talked the guy down to $230 for a used, good condition g-power.

I have an Apexi RS on my 5th gen. The sound is pretty deep and it is really quiet in the cabin. I hear the AEM more than the exhaust inside the car.

I have the G-Power medallion and I like it!!
It's quiet enough at low revs, the cops don't know you're coming two miles away!! and when you nail it, it sounds sweeeet!

Get one.
