I've been to a Honda specialist mechanic (Hondworld in Melbourne, Aus), and they said it was the aftermarket rocker cover gasket causing the leaks. They replaced that with a genuine Honda gasket, but it's still leaking. I'm of course going back there as I paid for a leak to be fixed and it's not. I think it's either the front or rear main seal, or both.

I originally went there for a timing belt service as according to the logbook, it was last done 100k ago, but there's a gap in the service history. They took the cover off and it turns out the belt has plenty of life left and the previous owner just didn't record the new belt. Does anyone have ideas of what is causing these leaks? I'm thinking the previous owner didn't bother changing out the seals with the belt, but I could be wrong.
It's wet and damp around the area above the sump (not from the sump itself), drips from there too, wet around the transmission area, wet around the cross member area.

the oilpan itself has a 3 to 4 inch individual gasket that sits in the lip of the oilpan that the oilpan gasket sits on
