they are good, but lemme ask you a question. Do you have a system in the car?
you should install them and see! they'll give you a small boost with less rotational mass equaling less parasitic drag...you'll probably see more torque gains than hp

Tru, but if you have a 3000watts stereo system. this isnt what you want, This things makes the alternater runs slower. When it runs slower the battery wouldnt charge up as quick. so if you have a stereo system. I wouldnt buy this for lil torque than having dead battery

a capacitor and a high output alt. will solve the problem if he want'd to run a decent system with the pulleys on.

oh yeh, forgot to say that....i dont tow around a 300 lb. stereo system, so it kinda slips my mind
Aight, I have the AEM pulley kit... I love the gains...sweet gains from 2000 RPM to around 4500 RPM, basically, your cruising RPMS
... I CAN DEFINITELY TELL THAT LESS POWER IS MADE FROM THE ALTERNATOR... NOT THAT THIS IS BAD...I have a custom stereo with an AMP and a Sub, and NO STOCK stereo parts except the tweeter. anyhow, no problem with the sound system, BUT i can say that on idle the headlight dims a little... I figured it out when I was facing a wall at night and I revved up my engine and the lights go a little brighter...other than that it's been fine

on smaller less powerful stereo systems... a capacitor alone would do wonders.

would solve the dimming lights when the sub hits.

with or without a big steereo system, the lights dim and vents slow down at under 1500 rpm.

btw, even using stock pulleys, the vents slow down at under 1000rpm... when u add pulleys, the slowing down effect is amplified.
anyone know where i can gett he AEM pullies in BLUE for cheap??
