Go with a Kicker 8" square sub, you wont be dissapointed. The box will also fit in your pocket
Also for any subs check Ebay.

y even bother with an 8 inch. it is so small the 6x9 in the back will prolly sound the same. get a 10 at least. and 8 inch is more for something like a hatchback that has the sub and passanger in the same cabin....not in the trunk.

The only reason I want to get 8" is because I want someting with a bunch and not shaky kind of bass...
I highly recommend going with 10 if you can. Put all those misconceptions aside, there are simply a lot more good 10's to choose from. They also will play louder and lower (and I can almost guarantee you'll prefer the sound.) Check out the Audiomobile Evo 10 at www.audiomobileinc.com. Sounds great with low amounts of power and only needs a 1/2 cubic foot sealed box (that's small!) BTW, I don't know what "shaky" bass is but if it's too loud turn it down!

i figure this is a grand time to sing the praises of my favorite company...CDTAudio.

i put this one 8" sub in my old sentra and it was perfect...clean as hell. i wish i made a custum ported box for it, but i was so excited when it came, i just threw together a sealed one.

go here, they have ALL the info you need... http://www.cdtaudio.com/TopHigh.htm

thier components are also some of the best i've heard...definatly the best for the price.
