Would I have problems with a rim that has a +42mm offset and 235/40 tires?

The stock rims on my 2003 Accord EX-V6 Coupe are 16x6.5 with a 55mm offset (rims made by Enkei of Japan) and 205/60 tires.

Are we talking about a Prelude here? I don't think a 235 width tire is going to fit a Prelude without rubbing with a +42 offset. Why do you need that much tire? How wide are the wheels these tires are going on?

Actually I posted in the wrong forum. Was supposed to post in the www.V6Accord.com forum.

But anyways since I got a reply the tires will be going on a 18x7.5 rim (RH Evolution C3) with a sorry offset of 42mm. These tires are for my 2003 Honda Accord EX-V6 Coupe not the Prelude. The recommended tire size to actually stay with stock rolling diameter on the 03' Accords is 245/40 with 18in rims.
