oh btw...i only said 215/45/16 so the tires can protect da the wheels...

but u can also get a stock size tire...205/50/16...but i would make
sure those tires have some FAT rim protectors...

I really want to stay with the 16" wheel. the next size up that I can get in this wheel is 17x7.5x48mm offset.
Reasons:
1. lighter weight
2 still keep car fast.
3.four hundred dollars cheaper
What to do?

well..there are a LOT of 17" wheels that are LIGHTER than stock wheels (19lbs base, 19.7lbs SH)

what kind of wheels are you lookin at?
I am not a big fan of 7.5 wheels because 215 tires will not really
protect the rims.
And 17" tires looks little better on a lude...16" look a little small
and 17" looks NORMAL...215 will give you a little more traction
i guess...i personally have 17x7 42mm offset...and I am fine...
but if i had to do it all over again, I would go with 17x7 45mm
i used to have inner rub with stock rims.
