There are multiple patterns to the leather for the fifth generation cars. Canada even had heated seats, so they got perforated panels. My understanding is that no USDM cars were shipped from the Japan factory with leather, and Honda of America offered it as an upsell at the dealership.
I could only say piecing together a leather interior for an SH took time. At least the 5th gen leather appears to be much more durable than what the factory used in my 95 VTEC.
Ive seen Canadian leather seats on that auction site if you open up your search preferences.
Another option would be a seat pan swap and S2000 seats, they seem to be plentiful. But if you’re really spending go for a JDM leather and cloth combo.
