Tail lights not working

I bought a 1999 honda prelude boring base model. About a year ago dash lights never worked properly some nights they would others they wouldnt.
Last night I got stopped because tail lights were not working fuse was blown changed it and blew fuse right away then had 0 power at tail light fuse popped hood found small light fuse was blown replaced that and had power again at tail light fuse. But pops the tail light fuse as soon as I turn lights on. So major short head lamps hazard turn signals brake lights all work. Are there any common shorts to fix

Did you check all the bulbs for moisture and check the connectors to the bulbs?
